The meeting went well :) I believe John is still composing Ray's answers to our questions. To put it simple, Ray wants a simple to use photo gallery + observation log for about 50 members to use. Username and password are required to post. All that left are the technical questions (software/hardware), we need to consult Tania from Vicnet. Andrew has contacted her on the phone and arranged to meet her at the State Library in the city at 10.30 on Monday. Feel free to come and discuss the matter in a relaxed style. As far as I know a http server, php server and mySQL server have already been set up and passwords will be given to us so that we can use it.
Let me know if any of you can come along to meet Tania.
Regarding our team meeting, I think we should meet on Monday 1pm at the Atrium like we did last week. But again I have a lecture until 1.30pm, may be we should make it 1.30pm instead of 1pm. What are your opinions?
1.30 would be fine for me, and btw, i will post the draft requirement from the meeting with Ray on Saturday. Please check and feel free to ask questions.
